Directions for face steam: Place Two heaped tea spoons or desired amount into a heat proof bowl and fill with boiling water (be careful not to burn yourself with the water). Fill the water half way (depending on size of bowl). Get a towel to cover your head as you place your face over the bowl. Set a timer for 10 minutes and relax as you inhale the beautiful aromas of tea tree and lavender essential oil.
If the steam is too much, raise your head for 3-5 seconds then proceed to cover your head again.
How often? Once a week
